What is it?
Launching in April 2025, this clinician-developed platform offers easy, practical, step-by-step projects for general practices to improve patient health, boost efficiency, save money, and reduce carbon emissions. The platform will connect users to a network of engaged professionals across the UK to activate, engage and support action.
ICBs can purchase access for their general practices and tailored support packages, including webinars, advice on engaging General Practice, and data summaries to track impact.
Individuals and GP practices that do not have access through their ICBs can also purchase access.
